By booking a flight with Hot Air Balloon Marrakech, passengers agree to the following operational conditions and aviation safety rules.

1. Pilot Authority & Aviation Safety

The pilot-in-command has sole and absolute authority regarding the execution, route, altitude, and duration of the flight. The pilot may postpone or cancel the flight at any moment if weather conditions or safety parameters require it.

2. Passenger Health & Eligibility

Passengers must be able to stand unassisted for approximately one hour and participate in the standard landing brace position. Hot air ballooning is not permitted for expectant mothers or children under 4 years of age.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Flights canceled by the operator due to meteorological hazards will be rescheduled to an agreed alternative date or fully refunded without penalty. See our Cancellation Policy for passenger-initiated cancellations.
