Hot air ballooning is deeply weather-dependent. We maintain clear, passenger-friendly cancellation policies so you can book your sunrise flight with complete peace of mind.
100% Weather Refund Guarantee
If adverse meteorological conditions (high winds, low clouds, or poor visibility) prevent safe flying, the chief pilot will postpone the flight. You may choose to reschedule to any subsequent morning of your Marrakech stay, or receive an immediate, full 100% refund without deduction.
Passenger-Initiated Rescheduling
You may modify your flight date free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time, subject to basket availability on your new requested morning.
Passenger Cancellation Terms
- More than 48 hours before flight: 100% full refund or free date change.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before flight: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show at pickup: 100% cancellation fee, as ground transfers and pilot manifests are strictly committed.
