Disclaimer
This website provides travel, booking, and regional destination information designed to assist visitors in discovering, evaluating, and planning experiences in Marrakech and surrounding areas.
We strive to keep published descriptions accurate and current. However, travel arrangements and regional excursions are subject to operational variability due to:
- Seasonal capacity and real-time availability
- Atmospheric and meteorological conditions
- Civil aviation and passenger safety requirements
- Operational adjustments by responsible local operators
Travellers are advised to review the specific product details, current inclusions, and booking terms prior to confirming any reservation. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Tour and Activity Information
Descriptions of day tours, excursions, outdoor activities, curated packages, airport transfers, and hot air balloon flights are intended to explain each service based on information provided for that experience.
Certain aspects of an excursion may require adjustment due to local road conditions, weather patterns, monument opening hours, or operational safety considerations. Where a material adjustment impacts a confirmed reservation, the applicable booking terms, cancellation/refund conditions, and statutory consumer rights govern the booking.
Hot Air Balloon Flight Disclaimer
Hot air ballooning is an outdoor aviation activity that depends entirely on atmospheric safety. Weather and upper-level wind layers govern flight viability. Operational variables subject to real-time conditions include:
- Whether the flight can safely operate on a given morning
- The specific takeoff field selected for departure
- Pre-dawn hotel or riad pickup timing
- Flight trajectory, speed, and directional drift
- Touchdown location and retrieval logistics
- Flight duration and panoramic visibility of surrounding terrain
Flights do not operate during excessive wind speeds, precipitation, low-lying fog, or convective storm threats. The final operational decision to inflate and launch rests solely with the licensed commercial pilot in command.
For the documented Marrakech balloon service, an alternative flight date may be offered when scheduling and weather permit. Where rescheduling is not feasible following a weather cancellation, the operator’s published policy provides for a full refund.
Third-Party Services
Services made available through this website may be executed or fulfilled by independent third-party operating providers, including:
- Licensed commercial hot air balloon operators
- Local excursion and mountain trekking guides
- Licensed transport companies and private transfer drivers
Operating providers are responsible for executing daily field operations in compliance with professional standards and civil authorizations. This division of responsibility does not diminish any statutory consumer rights or seller commitments applicable under governing law.
Travel and Activity Risks
Certain outdoor excursions—such as hot air ballooning, mountain trekking, quad biking, and camel excursions—involve physical activity and natural environments.
Travellers are responsible for reviewing safety guidance, physical eligibility criteria, and age recommendations published for each specific activity before participating. All participants must adhere to safety briefings and instructions issued by pilots, mountain guides, and drivers.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, reduced mobility, or recent surgeries must review the respective product restrictions and seek medical guidance prior to booking.
External Links Disclaimer
This website may contain links to external web resources for supplementary information or convenience. External platforms operate independently and maintain their own editorial standards, terms of service, and privacy policies.
Visitors are encouraged to consult the privacy and legal notices of any third-party websites they choose to visit.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability, statutory rights, or remedies where they cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Travel arrangements can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside reasonable operational control, such as sudden adverse weather, highway closures, civil disruptions, or municipal restrictions. In such events, outcomes are addressed according to the specific circumstances, confirmed booking conditions, applicable cancellation policies, and statutory protections.
Travel Insurance: Travellers are encouraged to consider obtaining comprehensive personal travel insurance suitable for their itinerary, covering personal belongings, emergency medical assistance, and trip interruption. Personal travel insurance is separate from operator passenger civil liability coverage.
